We at Oceania Mart work diligently to ensure your orders are processed swiftly and efficiently to reach you on time. However, we understand that circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of an order. Please familiarize yourself with our order cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within one hour of being placed.

Cancellation Requests: To cancel an order within the allotted time frame, customers must contact our customer service team via phone or email with their order details.

Non-Cancellable Orders: After the one-hour cancellation window has elapsed, orders cannot be cancelled. Our system immediately initiates processing to ensure timely delivery.

Exceptions: Oceania Mart reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds in instances where orders cannot be fulfilled or are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be promptly notified in such cases.

Refunds: If an order is cancelled within the permitted time frame, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
